Dingli AC+ Electric Scissor Lifts

Lift up to 45% more with the new AC+ range. Dingli has completely redesigned their slab scissors from the ground up, and the headline feature is simple: these machines lift significantly more than standard Dingli scissors. With capacities ranging from 250kg to 450kg across the range, you can get more people and materials on the platform, which means better productivity and fewer machines on site.

The AC+ range strips hydraulics down to the bare minimum. Electric actuator steering replaces the old hydraulic cylinder, leaving just the lift function on hydraulics. Fewer leak points, lower maintenance, and cleaner operation on sensitive sites.

Other standout features include improved non-marking tyres from Exmile that last 30% longer and roll 6% easier. A gravity-driven regenerative lift system that puts power back into the battery. And genuine load sensing that actually works in real time.

Dingli PA Oil-Free Electric Scissor Lifts

Zero hydraulics. Zero leaks. The PA range strips out every hydraulic component and replaces it with electric actuators for lifting, lowering, and steering. No oil at all, which makes them particularly useful in food production environments where contamination control matters.

If you're working over processing lines, in clean rooms, or anywhere a hydraulic leak would create problems, the oil-free design removes that risk entirely. No shutting down production lines to clean up oil spills. No explaining contamination incidents to your quality team or during BRC audits.

The efficiency gains are serious. 95% transmission efficiency means more than 30% energy savings compared to traditional hydraulic systems. That's 30% more lifts per charge and longer running time between charges. The PA range is 38% more efficient than even Dingli's own AC direct electric drive models.

What you get is a quieter, smoother machine. Full proportional control eliminates the jitter you get from hydraulic systems. Built-in position sensors give real-time monitoring across the full stroke, with synergistic drives handling temperature, load, and variable torque control.

Maintenance is simpler. No valve cores to stick, no oil to change, no temperature-related efficiency loss. Just maintenance-free permanent magnet synchronous motors and sealed AGM batteries.
